Registered Nurses provide care to individuals who need assistance as they deal with the effects of aging, injury, surgery, or illness.

In collaboration with the patient/family/caregiver and other health care professionals, help formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment.Evaluate effectiveness of treatment plan(s) and adjust accordingly in consultation with the patient/family/caregiver and other health care professionals.Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home, or school.Experience in wound care, IV medications and re-sites, catheter care, compression/VAC and ostomy care considered an asset.Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BScN).Bachelor of Nursing degree (BN).Experience as a visiting nurse, visiting registered nurse, visiting registered practical nurse, and/or community nurse considered an asset.Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR.Updated immunization records (including completion of a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months).Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful and courteous manner.Excellent problem solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills.Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable car.Ability to use phone applications.RT Medical is a patient-focused healthcare company specializing in agency staffing and recruiting, home care, self-testing products, virtual care and allied health services.
