OverviewClaims Processor role at Home Hardware Stores Limited — 12-month term. This role supports Home Dealers by ensuring claims are handled quickly, accurately, and with a seamless customer service experience. Reporting to the Dealer Services Manager, this position is suitable for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering professional service with accuracy.Note: This is a 12-month term position.ResponsibilitiesAssist with dealer inquiries pertaining to the Claims program (policies and procedures) and the electronic processing system.Review all electronic claims entered by Dealers and process next steps to ensure accuracy and correct invoicing for the Dealers.Provide support for other areas of the business related to Dealer claims.File picklists and bills of lading for Warehouse.Participate in the development of Claims training material to be shared interdepartmentally and with Dealers.QualificationsPost-secondary courses in Business, Office Management or Accounting are an asset.One to two years of office, administration or claims experience is preferred.Retail experience would be considered an asset.Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.Knowledge of Home Hardware’s computer systems is an asset.
