Applicants who are not immunized or are otherwise unable to provide their MMR immunity at the time of hire will not be deemed eligible for the position.How to get hired in healthcareImmunization Form6+ months security experience requiredPrevious healthcare security experience is preferred1+ year of security experience is preferredMust be able to commute to Kingston for pre-deployment trainingMust have a reliable working vehicle in good repairMust be able to site train at all 4 QHC facilities (Belleville, Trenton, Picton, and Bancroft)Must be able to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit TestMust be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to onboarding to meet the requirements.Note: UoF/MOAB training is unpaid but covered by Paladin with a 6-month commitment.Authorized to legally work in Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
