Rockstar is recruiting for a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in Amazon and DTC brand management. The client is a dynamic team focused on scaling brands through innovative digital strategies and operational excellence. Rockstar is supporting their search for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join their remote team. Required Qualifications Technical Skills Google Sheets expertise: Advanced skills in building and managing spreadsheets and systems Amazon Seller Central mastery: Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with all platform features, such as creating shipments, creating and editing listings using flat files, complete understanding of Transparency Program, Brand Registry, and more Project management software: Extensive experience using tools such as Asana Experience Has managed a team of 3 or more employees in operation of Amazon accounts At least 2 years of experience as an Amazon account manager or in a similar role Must be able to start working from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM CET at the latest Key Responsibilities DTC Website & Walmart Management Manages Shopify websites for DTC brands Ensures pricing consistency between websites and Amazon (following company strategy) Updates product images across all platforms Adds new Amazon products to websites Walmart Management Manages listings and inventory in Walmart Launch & Manage Listings Ensures all newly launched products are updated with SB video ads, A+, Brand Story, backed keywords, etc. Monitors listing health to quickly address issues such as stockouts/low inventory, suspensions, and more Lead Team in Supply Chain Instructs Amazon VAs on shipment creation and monitors execution and communication with suppliers and shipping agents Monitors open shipments and resolves transit issues Day‑to‑Day Management of Amazon VAs Manages a team of 6 or more Amazon VAs Assigns tasks and monitors progress through Asana and Slack Responds to all inquiries in a timely manner Tracks long‑term task progress and prioritizes critical items #J-18808-Ljbffr
