You will have opportunities to grow your career in an inclusive environment where you feel valued and supported to be your best.The OpportunityThe Investment Marketing Specialist helps deliver best‑in‑class product marketing to promote Fidelity’s brand, products, and services to advisors. You support growth of our Continuing Education (CE) Credits program, events, and the management of the sales enablement content library.How You Will Make An ImpactWork with Products, Marketing, and Sales to support sales enablement collateral for advisor audiences (emails, PowerPoints, Thought Leadership, POVs) and scalable marketing material (articles, web copy).Project‑manage the annual fund awards programs with the product research team.Support marketing projects for cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Client Services, and National Accounts.Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.Maintain content inventory as assigned by the Manager of Investment Marketing.What We Are Looking ForUniversity degree (bachelor’s) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing or communications function.Experience in asset management or similar financial services is an asset.The Expertise You BringPossess or quickly develop deep knowledge of prioritized investments (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives) and non‑investment products and understand market event implications for advisor clients.Exceptional communicator able to leverage data to identify themes, build a narrative, and secure buy‑in.Strong attention to detail ensuring operational compliance in a highly regulated environment.Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Ability to build and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.BenefitsFlexible working arrangements.Competitive total compensation including company contributions to group RRSP without a matching requirement.Comprehensive health benefits starting on your first day, 100% employer‑paid premiums, and up to $5,000 annually for mental health services and therapy.Parental leave top‑up to 100% of your salary for 25 weeks.Up to $650 for home office equipment.Generous time off policy, including two paid days annually to volunteer at a charity of your choice.Diversity and inclusion programs with an active network of Employee Resource Groups.Extensive professional development opportunities, including access to over 11,000 training courses, tuition reimbursement, and rewards for completing required designation.Equal Opportunity EmployerFidelity Canada is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
