In this role, you will play a key role in executing Mawer Investment Management’s marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness, engage audiences and support business objectives.Role ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end multi-channel marketing efforts including campaigns, projects, and content that drive results and elevate brand awareness and engagement for Mawer’s audiences.Develop and directly execute various high-quality marketing plans aligned with the brand and our marketing strategy.Conduct competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify growth opportunities and address potential challenges.Create compelling content such as emails, presentations, website copy, thought leadership, sponsored materials, social media content, etc. and ensure effective distribution through targeted digital and traditional channels.Track and analyze key performance metrics, using data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Maintain strong internal communication to ensure alignment on marketing objectives, campaign status, and results.Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and other partners to enhance marketing efforts.Desired Qualifications5+ years of financial marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.A university or college degree in marketing, business administration, or advertising.Strong knowledge of the financial service sector, ideally in investment management and private wealth.Track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.Strong understanding of content management tools.Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.Strong organizational and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and ever-changing deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Results-oriented and execution-focused within a fast-paced environment.Good at finding a way forward, even without all the information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, and experience across traditional and digital media channels.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to measure marketing effectiveness and drive decision-making.Familiarity with compliance regulations and guidelines relevant to marketing in the financial services industry is an asset.Proficiency in French verbal and written, is a plus.Why Mawer?Directly contribute to the firm’s growth as a global, independent investment manager.Learn and work within a high-performing team that has consistently delivered exceptional long-term investment results and high levels of client satisfaction.Be a part of a meritocracy in which the quality of ideas supersedes hierarchy; where every role is valued, and every voice heard.
