This role requires a leader who operates as a true business partner—someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands‑on operational execution and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.The HR Director will work closely with leadership across regions to ensure HR practices are aligned, scalable, and effective globally. This person will play a central role in harmonizing processes, enabling managers, and ensuring that HR is a consistent, value‑creating partner across all countries where we operate.
