The Opportunity We’re seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of identifying and engaging top executive-level talent especially passive candidates. If you’re a persuasive communicator, love the hunt, and are fueled by results, this is the role for you. In this position, you’ll play a key role in driving our recruiting strategy, managing full-cycle search efforts, and delivering outstanding experiences for both clients and candidates. Most importantly, you’re not afraid to cold call and know how to spark meaningful conversations with high-level professionals who weren’t looking until you called. Key Responsibilities Own and execute full-cycle executive recruiting, from sourcing through offer negotiation Proactively source passive candidates through strategic research and cold outreach Build strong relationships with executive-level candidates and hiring leaders Manage multiple searches with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Provide market intelligence, candidate insights, and competitive analysis Maintain and update candidate pipelines using the ATS Represent the company or client with professionalism, discretion, and credibility What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on executive or senior-level roles Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates, especially through cold calling Exceptional communication and influencing skills Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and tenacious - thrives under pressure Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and market trends Experience with executive search, retained search, or agency recruiting is a must Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive base salary + Commission (uncapped) Full Benefits package Access to best-in-class recruiting tools and platforms A supportive, high-performance culture where success is recognized and rewarded Opportunities for advancement and leadership Ready to Join Us?
