The GEM role is all about Guest relationships - it's your job to make regular guests, develop a database of great information to personalize Guest experiences, and to create relationships between our guests and the floor team.As a Guest Experience Manager, you will:Exemplify exceptional leadership skills. Using our core values, you take a stand for yourself, your career, and the way you lead.Be the caretaker of data and facilitator of relationships. Bridge the gap between technology and true, in-person, authentic hospitality.Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions with the best interest of the restaurant in mind.Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience.
