Job Details Location: Chaplin YMCA with hybrid work arrangement and regular in‑person presence required (Guelph, Wellington, Waterloo Region and Stratford‑Perth). Work Hours: Full‑time 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday with flexible start/end times, occasional evenings, weekends and on‑call requirements. Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑time. What You Will Do You’ll help us drive the charitable mandate and mission of the YMCA of Three Rivers, playing an instrumental role in making us the charity of choice for donors and securing the funds we need to make an impact in our community. This includes prospecting, discovery, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship for major and planned gifts, as well as strategy for annual giving, with the goal of increasing the number of donors and overall revenue. You’ll also craft our message, share our story, and build solid relationships on behalf of the YMCA of Three Rivers. In addition, you will lead a team of driven fundraising professionals, coaching them through challenges, empowering them to exceed targets, pitching in when needed, and celebrating successes together. Qualifications Ideally, you have completed post‑secondary studies and have 7–10 years of progressive experience in the not‑for‑profit or sales sector. Strong communicator, critical thinker and team player. Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal development and comfortable making a solid face‑to‑face ask. Passionate about making a difference, hitting targets, and building meaningful relationships. Skilled people‑leader with 1–3 years of experience leading a team, including coaching, developing talent, performance management and budget oversight. This work is dynamic; you will need to be flexible and adept at managing emerging opportunities. Strong time‑management, self‑starting abilities and willingness to pitch in are required. Travel to on‑site locations is expected; you must manage your own transportation. Working hours are a full 37.5 hours weekly with flexibility Monday‑Friday and occasional evenings, weekends and on‑call requirements to meet objectives.
