Here’s how you will contribute to the success of the company Collaborate with the Director of Microsoft Sales to set up and monitor Microsoft programs. Analyze Microsoft benefits, find opportunities to increase partner growth. Provide customers with expertise in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. Develop training paths and plans to help Sherweb partners achieve Solution Designations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft products, services, and industry trends. Provide training and support to the sales team on available Microsoft programs. Prepare and present reports to senior management on performance. Here’s what you need to have and master to get the job Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or program management. Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in managing Microsoft sales programs is highly desirable. Certification in Microsoft products or programs is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a program manager role, preferably within the technology sector. Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, particularly M365 and Azure. Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
