Once immersed in your role, here is an overview of your daily tasks:

  • Ensure sales targets are met.
  • Respond to our customers’ needs by selling our products.
  • Assist the store manager in the daily management of the store.
  • Merchandize products.
  • Provide internal training.
  • Build customer loyalty.

Additionally, our ideal colleague has the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; however, a college or vocational diploma is an asset.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience related to the position or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (asset).
  • Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Demonstrates a high sense of autonomy and initiative.
  • Possesses management skills and good judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales abilities and customer-oriented.
