Salesforce Developer Job Description

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing scalable internal applications using Force.com technologies. This role requires extensive expertise in Salesforce CPQ systems, Conga, and the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) domain.

The developer will work across the development lifecycle to build, enhance, and maintain applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop highly scalable internal applications using Force.com technologies.
  • Lead the development lifecycle from front-end to back-end, including new application features and enhancements to existing frameworks.
  • Build and maintain solutions in the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) domain, leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Conga expertise.
  • Create and maintain technical designs and test automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Implement and maintain web services using SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Work with relational databases, perform data modeling, and write SQL or SOQL queries.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
  • 6+ years of experience programming with Apex, LWC, LWR, and Visualforce.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ systems and the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) space, specifically with Conga.
  • Expertise with relational database languages (SQL or SOQL) and Sales Cloud familiarity.
  • Proficiency in creating technical designs, test automation frameworks, and object-oriented development.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise environments, including source code control, continuous deployment, and release management.
  • Mandatory experience with JEST for UI code coverage.
  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud features such as case swarming, Einstein AI, and expert finder functionalities.
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
  • Certifications in Salesforce technologies or Java.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Selenium automation and MLOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of user-based security models.
