Title: Sr. Technical Delivery Manager – Canada POS RolloutRemote Long-term ContractOver View:We are seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Manager (STDM) to lead the Point of Sale (POS) rollout across Canada. This is a senior-level role requiring deep technical delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with POS, cloud, networking, and enterprise store technologies.This role will work closely with U.S. and Canadian Restaurant Technology teams, franchisees, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure a successful market-wide deployment.This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to lead the successful launch of next-generation POS capabilities across the Canadian market. You will influence both U.S. and Canadian technology strategies and play a key role in client’s global digital transformation.Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Canada POS rollout strategy & execution Assess current deployment, identify gaps, and drive remediation plans Manage vendor performance, integrations, testing & deployment readiness Partner directly with Canadian franchisees for alignment & readiness Oversee POS integrations with payments, digital ordering, loyalty & back-office Lead communication with U.S. Restaurant Technology leadership Ensure compliance with PCI, PIPEDA, SOC 2, and enterprise standardsWhat We’re Looking For8+ years in technology delivery or large-scale implementation leadershipStrong experience with enterprise POS or store technology (QSR/Retail preferred)Hands-on understanding of integrations, APIs, cloud, networking & modern engineeringProven experience managing vendors & multi-market deploymentsExcellent communication & executive stakeholder skillsExperience in franchise environments is a plus
