Requirements: - You will be relied upon to follow APQP and ensure that development processes are followed. - You’re comfortable working with prints & drawings and the revision & approval process - As a Senior team member with industry experience, you like coaching and guiding younger colleagues and acting as a mentor. - DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D documents are tools you’re used to applying to ensure design success - You are comfortable with conducting engineering design and calculations - Experience with prototype preparation including part numbering, BOM creation, drawing approvals and component fabrication/sourcing. You understand the difference between an internal component drawing and a customer assembly print. - Excellent organization and time management skills - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Confident and positive attitude
