Position: CAD/REVIT Technician

ETO Engineering has an immediate opening for a CAD/REVIT Technician with 2-5 years of experience who will be able to assist project managers and senior engineers with day-to-day assignments.

The job responsibilities of this position include the following:

- Contribute to water and wastewater infrastructure projects, such as site development, pumps and piping layouts and multi-discipline engineering drawings.
- Responsible for preparation of drawings using **AutoCAD** and **REVIT** with high quality and accuracy in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
- Coordinate with a multi-discipline project team.
- Review drawing submission to ensure compliance with clients’ drafting standards.
- Responsible for material and quantity take-off.
- Actively participate in the design and provide input to the design team throughout the project
- Ensure the drawings are issued and filed in an appropriate manner.
- Provide regular work status updates.
- Develop expertise and stay abreast of development in drafting skills

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements
- College diploma in civil/process engineering or any other training deemed equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant experience in municipal infrastructure design
- Understanding and knowledge of water and wastewater treatment facilities and processes
- MUST be proficient with Autodesk products.
- A desire to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment in an engineering firm
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of engineering principles and standards related to assigned engineering discipline
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office package, Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with project team and stakeholders
