Requires 50% travel to Greater Montreal area customers. Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the market area, existing accounts, portfolio opportunities, and competitors. Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and maintain regular contact with clients to support retention and growth. Collaborate with management to address account challenges and develop strategies that meet both company and client needs. Serve as the key contact for program enhancements, including selling additional recyclable materials programs and conducting ongoing account reviews. Use sales tools (Power BI, forecasting worksheets, reports, templates) to track progress, review pricing and service charges, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries. Respond promptly to client issues, assess accounts before site visits, ensure service goals are met, and keep management informed of account status and activities. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing; industry experience in recycling or waste management is an asset. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills; bilingual in French and English preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; regular travel required. Comfortable with standard office demands and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience; ability to deliver effective presentations.
