This position requires strong blueprint reading, attention to detail, and hands‑on experience in TIG welding and metal fabrication. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Perform TIG welding on various metal components with high accuracy. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal structures according to specifications. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets standards. Collaborate with the production team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely. Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment as needed. Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of TIG welding and fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills. Proficient in TIG setup, adjustment, and maintenance. Detail-oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills. Team player with strong communication and organizational abilities. Physically capable of working in various positions and environments.
