We are currently seeking a Fire Suppression Representative to join our team, supporting quoting, estimating, and project coordination efforts across fire protection and construction projects. This is a junior-level role with growth potential, ideal for someone with field experience looking to transition into a fire suppression representative opportunity Responsibilities Prepare quotes for fire suppression projects ranging from small service jobs to large-scale installations. Handle deficiency quoting and follow-up with customers. Engage in daily customer interactions via phone and email Support project management tasks including scheduling, coordination, and documentation. Occasionally travel to job sites (approximately 20% of the time). Collaborate with field teams and trades to ensure accurate scope and pricing. Assist with estimating and quoting across various trades, with a focus on fire protection systems. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in fire protection or construction industry (field experience is an asset). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of construction trades and terminology. 80% office-based, with occasional site visits.
