Job OverviewTechnology Lead - AWS and Snowflake Data Engineer at Infosys is a Full-time mid-senior level role located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or Calgary, AB. The position may require travel in the US and does not include immigration sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesEnable digital transformation for global clients in a delivery model.Research and independently evaluate emerging technologies.Recommend appropriate solutions and establish technology best practices.Apply technical proficiency across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.Interface with key stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, learning culture.Required QualificationsLocated within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or Calgary, AB; willingness to relocate; may require travel in the US.Authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; equivalent three years of progressive experience counts in lieu of years of education.Minimum 4 years of Information Technology experience.Minimum 2 years of AWS experience.Minimum 2 years of Snowflake experience.End-to-end implementation experience using AWS and Snowflake.Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Python.Preferred QualificationsExperience in banking/financial domain.Strong knowledge of data structures, data engineering concepts, algorithms, collections, multi‑threading, memory management, and concurrency.Experience in large‑scale cloud data migrations using Snowflake, Python, Spark, and SQL.Sound knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practices.Understanding of Agile software development frameworks.Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.Experience with Azure, AWS, or Databricks.Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder environment.CompensationEstimated annual compensation range for Ontario: $89,004 to $115,491.About InfosysInfosys is a global leader in next‑generation digital services and consulting.
