You will be involved in implementing Batch Management Service using Automic or OpCon, integrating with Fiserv’s DNA Core, alongside contributing to day‑to‑day management of DNA and ACH batches. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.At least 4 years of IT Support/Maintenance experience.At least 4 years of experience with Automic and OpCon implementation, around DNA Core.Preferred / Must Have SkillsUnderstanding of ACH processes.Knowledge around Fiserv DNA Core.At least 4 years of work experience in batch and online debugging.At least 4 years of experience in file management tools like IPSwith / WnSCP / FileAid, /File Master/File Manager.Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.At least 4 years of experience in Project lifecycle activities on implementation and maintenance projects.Ability to work in team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.Experience in Financial Services domain.Analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
