Lead the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma principles not just for incremental gain, but to fundamentally redesign workflows and organizational structure to unlock new levels of performance. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, coach, and develop plant personnel, fostering a positive, accountable, and high‑performing work environment. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between operations and the broader business (Sales, Administration, Senior Leadership) to ensure production goals are aligned with market demand and strategic objectives.
