Brand Ambassador (On-Call) (French Services) Company: CBC/Radio-Canada. Location: 324 5 St S pb102, Lethbridge, Alberta. Responsibilities Support the Marketing & Communications team in developing and operationalizing outreach activities and partnerships. Assist a senior officer with project planning and execution. Co‑ordinate project logistics. Guide programming and technical teams in developing specials and remotes related to outreach activities and partnerships. Participate in off‑site activities to promote Radio‑Canada to a French‑speaking audience. Prepare, transport and set up equipment on site. Distribute promotional material. Engage with participants and passers‑by, providing information about the Corporation and its programming; a solid command of English is essential to engage English‑speaking attendees as well. Create a memorable experience for Canadians to connect with the brand. Analyze the results of activities by producing reports and compiling statistics on audience and staff comments and feedback. Create databases and correct or update their content. Maintain records and archives about programs, outreach experiences and partnerships, including bios and photographic materials. Field inquiries, find requested information and respond to audience and staff comments and feedback. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of related experience demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and writing skills. Energy and enthusiasm. Resourceful, proactive and trustworthy. Comfortable interacting with people of all ages. Fluently bilingual: French and English. Valid driver’s licence in Alberta. Ability to travel across Alberta. Preferred Qualifications Experience as an audience wrangler. Knowledge or education in marketing communications, sales, theatre, film studies or any other specialization related to the duties described above. Knowledge of the media environment and the public broadcaster’s competitive advantages. Other Details Position Type: Temporary Short‑Term (Durée déterminée). Employment Status: Part‑time on‑call.
