Enable executive reporting: Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports for Leadership, Executive, and Board reviews to highlight performance metrics, trends, and insights. Contribute to incentive design: Support quota planning and commission calculation processes to ensure accurate, transparent performance measurement. Drive GTM efficiency: Evaluate funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and deal cycle metrics to uncover opportunities for process optimization and growth acceleration. Champion data culture: Promote data literacy across GTM teams by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree or analytics certification is an asset). 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or GTM Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Power BI. Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel and experience within Google Workspace. Hands‑on experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce Sales Cloud; understanding of GTM data models and processes. Familiarity with SaaS business metrics — including pipeline coverage, ARR growth, CAC, LTV, churn, and NRR. Experience building and segmenting account lists using market and enrichment data (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, or similar tools). Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for non‑technical stakeholders. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Nice To Have Experience with Trulioo’s GTM tech stack or similar tools — Marketo, Salesloft, Gong, LeanData, or Reshift.
