Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Retail Planning Director develops, plans, and executes merchandising and inventory strategies to achieve Psycho Bunny’s sales and gross margin targets.Sales Growth and Inventory Management Own the planning and managing of a strategic inventory position (Open to Buy) across all commodities.Drive the strategic lifecycle and markdown management of inventory at the commodity level.Major stakeholder in the in-season management of the business via but not limited to: re-forecasting cadence, pricing strategy, promotional strategy, and bridge planning.Work with merchandising to set the assortment planning strategy corporate-wide: including but not limited to, lifecycle, style color count, blend of category, and major attributes by channel cluster.Set and manage lead time strategy by commodity. p>Cross-Functional Collaboration and Management Bachelor degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field of study.At least 7 years of experience managing planning teams in a retail environment.Deep understanding of inventory management and best practice retail financial accounting.Strong ability to spot anomalies and focus on what is really driving business performance.Strong Excel skills.A hands-on approach towards management and process improvement.Group Insurance coverage, including health, dental, vision, Life, and long-term disability.Casual dress code.Company events and social hours.On-site gym.On-site cafeteria/bistro with subsidized meals, breakfast, and lunch.On-site parking, including electric car chargers.At Psycho Bunny, we believe in the power of face-to-face interaction and the energy of our on-site work environment.
