Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to team members and leaders on a wide range of human capital issues including policies, compliance, employee relations, total rewards and performance managementParticipate in recruitment activities for new members. Proactively manage the candidate experience and talent attraction through social media and recruitment platforms.Participate in administration for promotions, transfers, job classifications, compensation and annual performance evaluationsManager leave of absences, including accommodation requests and maintain contact with benefits and payroll team membersAdminister local programming for CPA studentsProduce reports, conduct analyses, and compile data on human capital programs.Conduct exit and stay interviews and manage terminations as appropriateManage employee data records including manual files, payroll and HRIS updatesPrepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetingsIndependently manage complex human resource projects as assigned including developing solutions, creating action plans and communicationsCompile ad hoc statistical reports and develop recommendations for improvementAssist with investigations of complex situations as they arise and provide guidance as neededContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and ExperiencePost‑secondary education and accreditation with HR specialtyMinimum of 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a similar roleStrong communication skills in both French and EnglishCompletion of, or working towards, CHRP designation is an assetStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS is an assetAbility to build excellent interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organizationDemonstrate discretion, thoroughness, and attention to detailGood time and priority managementProactive, with a sense of initiative and innovationWillingness to travel to various business locations in the regionExperience in the professional services industry is considered an assetMyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
