Job Description Be part of a high performing team, where collaboration, diverse perspective and business partnership are top priorities for us As part of the Early Careers team, the focus of this role is to lead the Sun Life Canada, Sun Life Corporate, and SLC Management portfolios. You will partner with and support the business on key initiatives and recruitment efforts for all student hiring programs within these portfolios as well as manage the candidate experience. This role will help develop and contribute to the campus recruitment strategies for all programs in the portfolio. You will also lead a team of Early Careers Talent Acquisition Consultants. What will you do? Supporting the team where needed for full recruitment cycle: posting, resume screening, interviews, debriefs and offers Create a comprehensive Campus Strategy based on market data and expertise Build strategic partnerships within business units in support of enhancing campus recruitment efforts and provide consultation to business partners Assist in the development and execution of the portfolio’s social media strategy Create, measure, and report on ROI, KPI’s, and DEI initiatives to measure success of the recruitment process and campus initiatives Lead a team of Early Careers Talent Acquisition Consultants, conduct regular 1:1 meetings and attend Early Careers leadership meetings Participating in the continual improvement of all campus recruitment strategies, partnerships, and processes Flexibility is required to attend events in various locations during business and non-business hours You will also support the student experience at Sun Life including: Managing onboarding experience and performance management for all students in the portfolio Manage and lead different student initiatives Participating in the continual improvement of all campus recruitment strategies, partnerships, and processes What do you need to succeed? Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience required, campus experience and people leadership experience is an asset Ability to lead others and keep processes and projects on track Act as a trusted advisor to the business, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and candidates Creative thinking and ability to find solutions based on clients’ needs Excellent communication skills, data and results driven Ability to quickly adapt, pivot and deliver on business priorities and comfort taking calculated risks As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French‑speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
