Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of UAV technology, and we are looking for a skilled and driven Electrical Engineering Technologist to join our dynamic team.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Engineering Technologist with a strong work ethic and background in electrical systems, embedded systems, and power management. In this role, you will work closely with our engineers and R&D teams to develop, test, and maintain the electrical and control systems that power our drones. Your contributions will directly impact the performance, safety, and reliability of our UAV products.

* Circuit Design & PCB Layout: Design and develop electrical circuits for drone systems, including power management, sensor integration, and motor control. Design and implement battery management systems (BMS), including charge/discharge circuits, safety monitoring, and energy optimization. GPS, IMUs, LiDAR, cameras) into drone systems. Apply signal conditioning and signal processing techniques for accurate data collection and transmission.

* Flight Control & Autopilot Systems: Contribute to the development and integration of flight control systems, including stabilizing algorithms and autopilot functionality. p>

* Real-Time Data Processing & Video Systems: Develop systems for real-time data processing, including video streaming and image processing. Experience with FPV systems and video encoding (H.p>

* Testing, Calibration & Diagnostics: Conduct rigorous testing and calibration of electrical systems, sensors, and power components. Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers to ensure systems meet specifications.

* Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with industry safety standards, such as EMC and electrical safety protocols. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for UAV operation in various environments.

Performance Objectives:

To be discussed at the technical interview stage, since the performance objectives for this role may change as we take on new projects.* Experience with embedded systems, motor control, and sensor integration.
* Proficiency in power systems, battery management, and wireless communication.
* Experience with real-time data processing and video systems (FPV, H.br>* Experience with design tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software.
* Additional: Strong work ethic, communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for technology and innovation.
