This role provides students with the opportunity to work with Ricoh’s Office Services team, tackling projects that support sales and marketing efforts within a broad portfolio of digital solutions. Responsibilities You’ll spend your co‑op term working with our Office Services Sales Management and Marketing leadership teams as a Sales Intelligence Analyst, assisting with analyzing Ricoh and competitive sales data to make recommendations for internal campaign modeling and improving our overall prospecting processes. Build new and refine existing reports and tools to improve prospecting capabilities (Contacts data, Marketing content, Industry Vertical campaigns) Track and monitor prospecting program results while updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Find potential clients using sourcing methodologies and platforms as outlined Manage and monitor work using a CRM tool and other Sales Enablement tools Assist in development and delivery of presentations as required Lead at least one key business project to be presented to Senior Leaders at the end of the internship We Are Looking For Individuals Who Are Passionate about marketing, sales, and prospecting Organized and able to move quickly within a fast‑paced environment Collaborative team player with strong communication skills Self‑starter and driven to accomplish goals Curious and hands‑on, with a great appetite for digging into details Desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies Required Skills Enrolled in a business/commerce or marketing post‑secondary program that requires the completion of a co‑op work term Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated proficiency with editing software such as Adobe, Corel, Snagit, Camtasia, etc. Demonstrated passion for sales and brand marketing Knowledge of social media platforms About Us Ricoh is an information management and digital services company connecting technology, processes, and people in progressive businesses around the world.
