OverviewWe are seeking an Educational Assistant in the Burnaby area for the 2025-2026 school year for in-class support. In-class opportunities - Friday's 8:45-2:45 pm.ResponsibilitiesEducational Assistants are key members of our dynamic classroom teams. They assist in inclusive classrooms to ensure all students, including those with disabilities, are supported and benefit from learning activities and instruction. They also help the classroom teacher with a variety of organization tasks such as taking attendance, preparing learning materials and directing small groups.Qualifications, Experience, Credentials And/Or Skills And AbilitiesExperience and/or EA certification is highly valued for this role, as it demonstrates a solid foundation in supporting students with diverse learning needs. However, we also welcome candidates who possess a strong interest, related experience, or relevant training, coupled with a genuine willingness to learn and grow in this field.We are seeking individuals who embody Christian values and possess an empathetic nature.
