Sous la supervision du chef d’équipe, le Machiniste CNC est en charge de l’usinage des pièces selon les instructions de travail.

Responsabilités

Opérer les centres d’usinages de 3 à 5 axes ou des tours CNC,

Effectuer des montages de setup selon les instructions de travail,

Faire l’ébavurage des pièces,

Identifier les gabarits et les classer correctement,

Tester et vérifier la conformité de la qualité des pièces fabriquées

en utilisant des instruments de mesure conventionnels

et ajuster les réglages au besoin ,

Assurer la propreté du poste de travail, de la machine et du maintien en état des outils et des instruments de mesure qui lui sont fournis,

Participer à la maintenance des outils et des équipements de production,

Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

Compétences générales

DEP en technique d’usinage et ASP contrôle numérique ou expérience équivalente,

3 à 5 ans d’expérience
