Contract length & Type: Permanent
Location: 5 East 8th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T 1R6 (fully on-site) Test(s) if any;You may need to undergo initial training and adapt to workflows within other project teams before starting in this role.Manage and coordinate the full process of game planning, design, development, and testing.Design and develop game systems, ensuring smooth gameplay and playability.Adjust and balance game metrics to ensure sustainability and a great player experience.Prepare and review project development plans, control the overall progress and quality of the project, supervise and guide the team, and be responsible for the final outcome of the project.Passion for gaming, with deep experience in mainstream SLG game types; li>Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of core game planning experience, including designing at least one complete SLG project.
