Apply for the Retail Shift Leader role at Canna Cabana. Responsibilities Perform all shift‑leader duties as needed. Assist store management in supervising and facilitating daily operations. Open and close the store according to operational hours. Oversee store responsibilities in the absence of SM or ASM, and seek management assistance when needed. Manage key personnel on shift and resolve customer service issues promptly. Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all shift leaders as required. Ensure store conditions consistently uphold established standards. Assist in maintaining adequate staffing levels to meet business needs. Act as the sales and customer‑service leader when SM/ASM are absent. Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct for staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. Handle customer complaints, escalating to the appropriate individual as necessary. Maintain adherence to health, safety, and security regulations on shift. Achieve sales targets and store‑level KPIs. Ensure employees on shift actively pursue sales goals. Balance store floats and complete daily deposits. Oversee inventory management and be accountable for inventory processes on shift. Maintain possession of store keys per the signed retail key‑holder agreement. Complete 100% of e‑learning courses on the company portal within the first month. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Completion of high school and college/CEGEP or equivalent technical training. Demonstrated sales and service orientation. Valid CannSell certification (per AGCO). Clean and clear police background check. Availability to work any shift based on business needs (Monday‑Sunday). Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and at different locations. Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in retail; cannabis industry experience preferred. Excellent time‑management and prioritizing skills. Ability to train and motivate staff. Basic office administration skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong customer‑service, troubleshooting, and communication skills. High level of teamwork and team‑building ability. Adaptability to change and a professional, responsive, positive work attitude. Understanding of health and safety legislation.
