Mobile Mortgage Specialist – TD Canada TrustLocation: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHours: 37.5 per weekLine of Business: Personal & Commercial BankingAbout the RoleTD Canada Trust is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeks proven sales professionals to develop mortgage business with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other referral sources.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with external referral sources.Target mortgage sales through referrals and proactive prospecting.Attend sales training, build credit knowledge, and integrate into TD's corporate culture.Collaborate with the Sales Manager on joint calls and monthly coaching sessions.Use the sales management system to manage leads and track activity.Achieve sales goals and qualify for an attractive commission package.QualificationsProven sales track record in mortgage or related financial services.Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to business development.Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship‑management skills.Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred.Post‑secondary education (preferred).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive commission package with unlimited earning potential.Variable base pay within a range to be discussed.Comprehensive benefits, including health & well‑being, savings & retirement, paid time off, banking benefits, and career development programs.Home‑office tools: laptop, email/network access, and a monthly phone allowance.Opportunities for career advancement within TD.Additional InformationWe value diversity and provide accommodations throughout the interview process.
