Summary Senior Consultant in Global Cloud Marketing (GCM) team of an enterprise technology client. 1‑year fixed term. Develop and execute internal/external communication strategy aligned with business objectives, manage executive communication timelines, and ensure consistency across channels. Please note that the working hours for this role will be aligned to Pacific Time Zone. What will your typical day look like? Support development and delivery of internal and external communication plans that advance business objectives and team alignment. Assist in managing the rhythm of the business by coordinating executive communication roadmaps, timelines, and key deliverables. Contribute to end‑to‑end communications, ensuring messaging consistency and clarity across presentations, emails, newsletters, and digital channels. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including executive leaders, to facilitate timely and effective information sharing. Prepare high‑quality materials for executive engagements such as town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic updates. Monitor communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to drive engagement and understanding. Balance multiple priorities and projects, leveraging strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results. About the team Operate services harness the latest technologies to deliver ongoing outcomes and client value, working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with clients to embed continuous advantage at the heart of their operations. Enough about us, let’s talk about you Minimum 3 years of experience preparing materials for and engaging with executive leaders. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messages for diverse audiences. Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities across organizational levels. Excellent organization and project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strategic thinking skills, able to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable communication plans. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, with eligibility for bonus program. The Total Rewards Package includes a competitive base salary, variable pay opportunities, mental health support benefits ($4,000 per year), flexible benefit spending account ($1,300), and a hybrid work structure.
