The role involves market research, program design, stakeholder engagement, and operational modeling. The ideal candidate brings both strategic foresight and executional discipline to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:·Conduct structured market research and feasibility analysis to identify regions for potential expansion.·Analyze customer demographics, economic indicators, and competitive trends to inform development priorities.·Build robust business cases and financial forecasts to support investment decisions.Development Program Design·Develop scalable models and frameworks for multi-site operations, including new outlet rollouts, program design, and performance tracking.·Collaborate with culinary, operations, and administrative teams to align development initiatives with brand standards and workflow systems.·Support the creation of franchising or licensing models aligned with organizational growth targets.Stakeholder Engagement·Liaise with landlords, local agencies, suppliers, and economic development partners to support expansion plans.·Represent the company at relevant industry events, business development forums, and networking initiatives.·Prepare professional-grade reports, investment proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Governance & Compliance·Ensure all expansion activities comply with regulatory requirements and permitting processes.·Assist with business license applications and support documentation for new operating locations.Qualifications·3+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or program management – ideally across business or service sectors.·Experience in multicultural or international business contexts is considered an asset.·Demonstrated ability to assess new market opportunities and translate insights into scalable, systematized solutions.·Strong analytical, quantitative, and forecasting skills; experience with operational planning and workflow optimization is an asset.·Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement abilities.·Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-growth entrepreneurial setting.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a tailored cover letter highlighting your experience and vision for growth to: horinrobson@gmail.comAbout New Hourin Ramen Inc.We are a growing, founder-led ramen restaurant brand celebrated for our culinary authenticity, operational consistency, and customer loyalty.
