Working closely with the Shipping/Receiving Coordinator, the successful candidate will oversee import and export flows.This role includes coordinating shipments of finished products to international clients, as well as regular material transfers between our divisions located in Canada, the United States, and India. A key part of the position also involves organizing logistics for international product demonstrations, managing ATA Carnets, and supporting trade show logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics:Collaborate closely with the Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to plan and manage material transfers between sites (Canada, USA, India)Handle equipment imports and re-exports under RMA processes, ensuring customs and regulatory complianceManage shipments of finished products to international customersProduct DemonstrationsOrganize logistics for international product demos in collaboration with the Support teamPrepare and manage temporary export documentation, including ATA CarnetsEnsure delivery, retrieval, and tracking of demo equipmentTrade Shows & EventsCoordinate equipment shipments for international trade shows with the Marketing teamEnsure proper reception and return of exhibition materialsCarriers & Logistics PartnersWork with the Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to select, manage, and evaluate carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokersHandle transport-related claims (delays, damages, losses)Documentation, Compliance & Continuous ImprovementMaintain up-to-date documentationEnsure customs and regulatory compliancePropose and implement continuous improvements to logistics processesDesired ProfileDegree in logistics, international trade, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ experience in international logisticsStrong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and import/export regulations, including RMA handlingExperience with ATA Carnets and temporary export processesExcellent team collaboration skillsProfessional fluency in French and English, both written and spokenProficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP systemsOctasic is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
