The Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a specific sector. This role coordinates and executes on tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

  • Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high quality products are delivered to customers
  • Contributes to the quality control of reporting
  • Helps to coordinate and project manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams
  • Plays a key role in responding to time-sensitive questions/queries related to the client program and maintains proactive communication with the client between service reviews
  • Supports client communications during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client training
  • Helps prepare for client presentations by supporting scripting on findings and recommendations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • 1-2 years of Insights Consultant or similar type of experience in the Public Relations & Communications space

This position requires advanced knowledge of written and spoken English since you will have weekly interactions with other employees and clients based outside of Quebec.
