Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager (MSP/MSSP Services) who will be responsible for managing the development and marketing of our managed security and managed IT services. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Bulletproof MSP/MSSP services, and will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and developing product strategies that align with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and operation of the Service Lifecycle Management process.
- Define and implement product/service strategies that align with our company's objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new services.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to ensure the success of our services.
- Partner with market research resources and gather customer feedback to inform service development.
- Define service requirements and manage the service roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure service development meets quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective service positioning and messaging.
- Develop pricing strategies and monitor product/service performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product/service management or related role, with direct experience developing managed IT (MSP) and managed security (MSSP) services.
- Strong understanding of security and technology services and related markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
