OverviewBilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) – German or DutchJoin Fraserway RV as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the 2026 season. Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV company, with full-service dealerships coast to coast, leading in selling, servicing, and renting recreational vehicles.ResponsibilitiesMeet and greet customers with a friendly, professional attitudeProvide RV rental information and guidanceWalk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-offDemonstrate RV features (Truck Camper & Motorhomes) at pick-upCheck in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficientlyAssist other departments as neededQualifications & SkillsFluent in English plus German, Dutch, or MandarinStrong customer service and communication skillsReliable, punctual, and hard-workingEnergetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experienceFriendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clienteleAble to work weekends and in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a desire to help make customers’ vacation dreams come trueEmployment detailsPositions: full-time and part-time seasonal (2026 season)Hourly pay: $19–$21 based on experience and qualificationsHow to applyPlease submit your resume and cover letter to be considered.About Fraserway RVFraserway RV is Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV company, with coast-to-coast full-service dealerships.
