Our client, a leading investment management firm located in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a fast‑paced corporate environment, collaborate with multiple business units, and make a measurable impact on vendor and payment processes. What You’ll Do Manage vendor onboarding, validation, and updates in Microsoft Dynamics Oversee the vendor management inbox and track requests using Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) Monitor and expedite approvals within the Accounts Payable (AP) workflow Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely invoice processing and issue resolution Maintain compliance with AP controls and risk management procedures Prepare weekly reporting and support continuous process improvement initiatives Handle procurement and vendor‑related AP activities, including cheque and EFT processing across provinces Contribute to ad‑hoc finance and vendor management projects What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in Vendor Management and Accounts Payable in a large corporate or financial environment Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or similar ERP system) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through Understanding of AP controls, compliance, and risk management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders A self‑starter who thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting Why You’ll Love This Role ✅ Work with a prestigious investment firm in the heart of downtown Toronto ✅ Opportunity to transition to a permanent role ✅ Exposure to vendor management, procurement, and financial operations ✅ Join a collaborative, high‑performing team environment 📩 Ready to take the next step?
