Key responsibilities include:Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.Transport residents to appointments and community activities.Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.What You BringHigh school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.).Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese). #J-18808-Ljbffr
