The Crew Lead oversees the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure work is conducted in accordance with established processes and practices and complies with internal and external requirements including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Crew Lead also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on-demand services.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPeople LeadershipLeads a team of individual contributorsAssigns, prioritizes and monitors work progress to ensure completion and adherence to timeliness, quality standards and all other related requirementsReviews work for completeness and accuracy. Ensures quality adherence is maintainedGuides, coaches and trains direct reportsProvides input for performance reviewLeads the delivery of and performs the following subject to legislative licensing requirementsOversees and monitors the activities and performance of Technicians within assigned facility.
