Quality Assurance Analyst II – Intact Join to apply for the Quality Assurance Analyst II role at Intact About The Role We’re looking for a QA Analyst II to join our growing team What You’ll Do Here Assume responsibility for the preparation of deliverable tests and associated documents and provide support during these tests. Prepare test cases, test matrices and reports, and any other document required in your area based on Intact’s standards, processes and procedures. Identify, document and work closely with the product owner (PO), the developers and the scrum master to resolve issues by performing sufficient analysis to determine the root cause of defects, as required. Examine, analyze and assess requirements to prepare test plans and test cases. What You Bring To The Table Bachelor's degree in computer science or any combination of equivalent education and experience. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a quality assurance analyst in an innovative environment within a large organization. 1+ years experience in Behavior‑Driven Development framework (BDD) Nice to have: experience in a hybrid test environment (Manual and Automation) Automation tool experience (Playwright) Can work in an ever‑changing IT environment and with multidisciplinary teams. Can communicate technical terminologies in non‑technical language and vice versa. Skills sought: Integrity, respect, committed, responsible, customers and results oriented. Knowledge of the insurance sector, an asset. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English‑speaking colleagues across the country.
