Job Title: Social Media & Content Manager Location: GTA (on‑site visits required) Type: Full‑time Job Description Our member is a fast‑growing construction company seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media & Content Manager. This role focuses on capturing authentic content on construction sites, building a strong online presence, and keeping our digital platforms fresh and engaging. Key Responsibilities Content Creation (On‑Site): Regularly visit active job sites to capture photos, videos, and stories showcasing project progress, craftsmanship, and team culture. Social Media Management: Develop, plan, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. Website Management: Update project portfolios, blog posts, and company news on the website (WordPress or similar CMS). Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to messages, and build a strong digital presence for the brand. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with leadership to design and execute campaigns supporting sales, hiring, and community engagement. Analytics & Insights: Track campaign performance, provide monthly reports, and recommend improvements. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management and content creation (photo/video editing, reels, and storytelling). Strong understanding of construction or related industries is a plus. Ability to work comfortably on construction sites to gather content. Familiarity with website management (WordPress or similar). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
