Creative Social is a social media marketing company that handles Social Media Management, Social Media Optimization, Content Creation, Marketing and Advertising for local businesses as well as high profile corporations, public figures and celebrities.

Post-Secondary Education is required. We also accept applicants who are still currently completing a certificate or diploma in their field. Please note experience in marketing, graphic design and other media communications is highly preferred. Having access to your own equipment and softwares is required.

This job requires a high-level of time management skills as well as creativity and organization.

You have the flexibility to work with the team while also working from home and creating your own schedule. There will be deadlines to meet but hours are flexible.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
- Manage social media accounts, scheduling posts with tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and proofreading to ensure high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
