Digital Delivery Manager – Salesforce, Sales Enablement and Automation (SEA) group Application deadline: December 4th, 2025 Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid – 3 days in office; permissible from other community hubs). Employment type: Permanent, full-time. Compensation: Manager Technology Delivery 19 (Manager): $109,810–$146,413 annually plus performance‑based incentive. Role overview: Lead the design, development, support, and operations of Salesforce, Sales Enablement, and Automation solutions within the SEA team. Oversee end‑to‑end transformation life‑cycle, manage a cross‑functional technology team, and align business and technology initiatives with EDC’s digital roadmap. Drive delivery across multiple projects, prioritizing, unblocking, meeting timelines and budgets. Maintain expertise in process automation technologies such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, RPA, AI, and integration. Champion scalable, maintainable, and secure development practices; enforce code reviews, architectural decisions, and CI/CD health. Lead, coach, and grow a team of developers, release managers, testers, and support analysts – providing feedback, career growth, and performance reviews. Manage vendor contracts and relationships. Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align on goals, scope, and timelines. Contribute to strategic planning and technology vision, aligning with corporate roadmap. Manage SEA team delivery budget (headcount, cloud/tooling, consultants, vendor contracts). Serve as thought leader in process automation, including AI and agentic models. Build and support EDC’s AI models and agentic AI initiatives. Post‑secondary degree in engineering, business or related field. Minimum 10 years’ hands‑on experience in process automation technology. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager or similar, overseeing technical staff or project teams. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross‑functional teams and foster an inclusive culture. Advanced knowledge of AI, particularly agentic AI. Knowledge of integration services. Experience managing a delivery budget end‑to‑end. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Fluency in English and French (bilingual). Hands‑on experience creating AI models.
