Job Description What you’ll accomplish with us As a Transactions Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Ensure the proper and timely placement of electronic transactions/trades (redemptions, switches, purchases) while meeting daily deadlines. Process non-financial requests accurately and efficiently. Enter client and KYC information using our back-office system (Winfund) in a timely manner. Prepare daily transaction documents and maintain organized records. Collaborate closely with our Client Services Team and the dealer’s head office. Communicate with various fund companies as required. Perform other duties as assigned. What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Has 3–5 years of experience in the mutual fund industry. known for their accuracy and attention to detail in data entry. Stands out for their ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Is recognized for their positive attitude and collaborative approach. Possesses knowledge of mutual fund operations and administration, including trade processing, settlement, trust accounting, and various plan types (RSP, TFSA, etc.).
