Job DescriptionWhat you'll accomplish with us

As a Transactions Technician, you'll be at the core of our mission.

Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper and timely placement of electronic transactions/trades (redemptions, switches, purchases) while meeting daily deadlines.
  • Process non-financial requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter client and KYC information using our back-office system (Winfund) in a timely manner.
  • Prepare daily transaction documents and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate closely with our Client Services Team and the dealer's head office.
  • Communicate with various fund companies as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What could accelerate your success in this roleWe're looking for someone who:
  • Has 3–5 years of experience in the mutual fund industry. known for their accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
  • Stands out for their ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Is recognized for their positive attitude and collaborative approach.
  • Possesses knowledge of mutual fund operations and administration, including trade processing, settlement, trust accounting, and various plan types (RSP, TFSA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Winfund, Synergize, and Fundserv is an asset.
