The Administrator should be able to work effectively with minimal supervision and in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals. There is an emphasis on having strong customer relations, interpersonal communication, both verbal and written communication skills and to be flexible in dealing with changing priorities and short deadlines. The admin is responsible for a series of tasks including but not limited to:Maintaining, auditing and producing reports on the current state of the, C*Cure 9000, Axiom V, P2000 and other access control databases.Contribute to the creation and continual improvement of SOC Operation and ID access and Video Surveillance System best practices, and processes.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails) regarding the photo ID/access control program and escalate as necessaryMaintain, audit, and produce reports on current state of the ID and Card Access systems and access control databaseComplete detailed video review reports for approved video reviewsSupport operational response and investigative activities.Actioning approved application forms for initial issue of photo identification cards to new employee(s), vendors, and other entities.Completing all approved requests for re-issue of ID Access Cards, lost, stolen, misplaced and the prompt deactivation of identification cards including urgent requests.Acting on all approved requests for removal and/or complete amendments to access level permissions on specific database.Cataloguing the inventory of new access cards available for issue or replacement as required.Alarm monitoring and notification.SOC inventory managementWorking closely with NLHS staff maintaining a high level of ethics, privacy, and confidentiality.Ensuring proper documentation is completed and provincial processes/guidelines are adhered toOther duties as requiredQualificationsEntry level; minimum 0-1 year experienceExceptional IT base skills (Hardware, Software, Server settings, One Drive, MS Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint)Post-secondary diploma/certificate in a Computer Science discipline, or equivalent experience. Business or Office Administration diploma/certificate would be an assetHealthcare Security experience and working knowledge of CPTED is considered an assetCommunication: displays confidence and articulates a clear message when interacting with diverse audiences utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skillsComplex problem-solving skillsEducation and CertificationEducation Requirements (All): High School Diploma/GEDCertification Requirements (All): Standard First Aid, CPR Level CCode of ConductVulnerable Sector CheckAdditional Information / BenefitsPaladin Security has a diverse workforce.
